Plan moving doors, fixed return panels and corner connections as one measured glass enclosure.
An enclosure can need a door, fixed return glass and several connections rather than a single panel between two walls. MCOCOD lists H06-01 rectangular hinged enclosures and SS04-01, SS05-01 and SS08-01 sliding configurations. Start with the shower-base outline and entry position, then choose the drawing that matches the number and arrangement of exposed sides.
The H06-01 is a frameless rectangular enclosure, while SS04-01 uses single sliding. A swing door needs clear floor space; a slider needs an appropriate moving-and-fixed-panel arrangement. Compare the usable entry and the position of fixtures outside the shower before choosing the mechanism.
Record every finished glass run, opening height, threshold depth and wall alignment. Return panels and corner connections need dimensions beyond the primary door width. Use the chosen model’s labels when recording measurements so a return dimension is not entered as a door dimension. Have the complete layout checked if the base or walls are not square.
Fixed panels, hinges, rails and brackets must suit the enclosure design. The collection includes both ordinary and soft-closing sliding layouts, so compare the exact model rather than assigning one glass or closing specification to all enclosures. Confirm the hardware finish only after the panel connections and supporting surfaces have been established.
Select the base and wall finish before final glass measurements. Shower bases and wall surrounds have their own dimensions and installation details. Review the complete enclosure configuration, glass choices and included hardware before ordering. Production dimensions should follow the approved design rather than a rough room measurement.
