My experience with the office person was great. I had a mix up on the size. They helped me correct the issue. The doors came quickly. We had someone install them. We love the quality of the two finger pull doors. Also the slow close mechanism is great even the guy installing them said he never seen that before and thought it was great.

I fell in love with the looks of the doors the 1st time I saw them. I had the shower/bathroom professionally installed about 2 years ago. The totally unexpected happened, the door basically broke into thousand of pieces. What to do? I called and spoke to a very helpful support person. She/he offered to replace the broken door and the damaged hardware. All I had to do was pay for the shipping. Outstanding, the door arrived and installed quickly. Everybody had told me that I needed to replace everything and would cost at least $3000 and that manufacturers do not replace single doors…..wrong they do. This has been the best experience ever! From now on, this is the company I want to do business with.

It's an industry-wide characteristic, not an installation problem — and because your panel is SGCC-certified, it broke into small blunt fragments rather than sharp shards, which is what keeps people safe. You also shouldn't have had to replace the whole enclosure. Single panels are replaceable, and that's covered by your 10-year warranty. Installation went well contractor installed it for me he had to adjust the jump rollers because they were rubbing on the track otherwise it went well

The door look really nice with ultra clear glass. Soft close feature is smooth. There was an issue with the finger pull hole -- it was made too small. They promptly manufactured a custom piece to fit into a slightly smaller hole so we could keep the glass since everything was already installed. Very prompt and responsive customer service.

So I made a boo-boo and cut the main top bar too short. Guess what, they sent me another one for free (I just paid the shipping). I finished the installation and that's what you see. I love the look and feel and the quality of it. I did have a hiccup where the provided template made me drill half an inch too low for these doors.. I'm sure they'll fix it in the future. Great product. Recommending!
