Understand dimension selections and prepare finished-opening measurements before configuring a custom door.
The listings here are dimension selections with names such as Non-standard dimensions 71–73 and 83–85. They are not descriptions of complete shower-door assemblies. The product options separate width and height fields, so read the actual labels instead of assuming the number in a listing title is the door width. Start with the intended custom shower door model.
Measure after wall finishes are complete and record width at the top, middle and bottom. Note the available height, threshold depth and whether the walls are out of plumb. Keep the raw site measurements separate from any manufacturing dimensions. A dimension option alone does not establish the allowance, overlap or clearance required for a specific door system.
Choose the single-sliding, double-sliding or swing layout before selecting dimensions. Those systems divide the same opening into different moving and fixed panels. Enter values in the fields shown for the chosen model and check its drawing. The available width and height options in this collection should not be read as approval for every glass or hardware combination.
A corner enclosure can require return-panel dimensions; a swing door also needs clear floor space. Sliding doors need room for panel overlap and the intended entry. Send a complete layout and measured opening when asking MCOCOD to confirm a configuration. Do not order an isolated dimension item as a substitute for checking the final door assembly.
