I fell in love with the looks of the doors the 1st time I saw them. I had the shower/bathroom professionally installed about 2 years ago. The totally unexpected happened, the door basically broke into thousand of pieces. What to do? I called and spoke to a very helpful support person. She/he offered to replace the broken door and the damaged hardware. All I had to do was pay for the shipping. Outstanding, the door arrived and installed quickly. Everybody had told me that I needed to replace everything and would cost at least $3000 and that manufacturers do not replace single doors…..wrong they do. This has been the best experience ever! From now on, this is the company I want to do business with.

MCOCOD® Soft-Close Double Sliding Frameless Shower Door with Two Towel Bars - DS13

Store owner replied: Hi, Gyda— thank you for this, and above all, we're so glad no one was hurt. Tempered glass can, very rarely, break on its own years after installation. It's an industry-wide characteristic, not an installation problem — and because your panel is SGCC-certified, it broke into small blunt fragments rather than sharp shards, which is what keeps people safe. You also shouldn't have had to replace the whole enclosure. Single panels are replaceable, and that's covered by your 10-year warranty. We're glad our team made that clear, and we'll pass your kind words along to them. Send us a photo of the finished install if you'd like — we'd love to see it. Thanks for letting others know that "manufacturers don't replace single doors" isn't true here. — The MCOCOD Team

The door look really nice with ultra clear glass. Soft close feature is smooth. There was an issue with the finger pull hole -- it was made too small. They promptly manufactured a custom piece to fit into a slightly smaller hole so we could keep the glass since everything was already installed. Very prompt and responsive customer service.

Soft-Closing Double Sliding Frameless Shower Door with One Finger Pull - DS13H

Customer photo review of Soft-Closing Double Sliding Frameless Shower Door with One Finger Pull - DS13H

I absolutely love the shower doors. They are heavy and solid. They roll very smoothly on the rollers. The soft close is a wonderful feature to have. The company itself were amazing from my first email to arrival of the doors. The customer service is top notch. If I ever need to order shower doors again, this is the absolute first place I would come to without hesitation.

Soft-Closing Double Sliding Frameless Shower Door with One Finger Pull - DS13H

So I made a boo-boo and cut the main top bar too short. Guess what, they sent me another one for free (I just paid the shipping). I finished the installation and that's what you see. I love the look and feel and the quality of it. I did have a hiccup where the provided template made me drill half an inch too low for these doors.. I'm sure they'll fix it in the future. Great product. Recommending!

Soft-Closing Double Sliding Frameless Shower Door with One Finger Pull - DS13H

One of the things that impressed me was the door came packed in an impressive wooden case, so there was not any chance of damage. Also the speed in which we received it just about a week. Door seems to be gof high quality. We looked at others from big box and plumbing companies. We ended up with Mcocod because it was everything we were looking for with a great price.

Soft-Closing Single Sliding Frameless Shower Door - SS08

The second one got here in one peace this time. The delivery by Ceva was crapy The 1st one broke as they lowered it with the lift. It drop as it was being lowered. The second one the Guy was like superman , he pulled it out of the truck by himself and then tried to leave before we could inspect it. Otherwise the people i talked to on the phone were helpful quick to respond.
